Q1. What is the story behind H.W.W.Y.?
A: He Walks With You (H.W.W.Y.) was created as a place of comfort, inspiration, and daily encouragement rooted in Matthew 28:20 — “Lo, I am with you always.”
Q2. Who is the owner of H.W.W.Y.?
A: He Walks With You is owned by He Walks With You, LLC which was founded and supported by a a small team. The mission is community-centered, not personality-driven.

Q3. What is the CoW? (Council of Wisdom)
A: The Council of Wisdom (CoW) is a rotating group of advisors from our community who guide offerings, events, and spiritual direction. Members serve 3–6 months and are honored with recognition and special benefits.
Q4. What are Reward Points? (We are searching for a more appropriate name!)
A: Reward points — called Holy Gift Points — are earned when you purchase, refer, or share. They can be redeemed for discounts and exclusive content.
Q5. What are Daily Devotionals?
A: Our Daily Devotionals are short, scripture-based readings paired with reflections, artwork, and sometimes music or wallpaper downloads. They’re designed to be both timeless and seasonal.
Q6. How was H.W.W.Y. developed?
He Walks With You was developed through team collaboration, prayerful strategy, and thoughtful use of technology. Some content and guidance came through AI tools as well as best practices for e-commerce. Over several months, trusted individuals who share our faith and vision came together to build not just a store, but a supportive community.
Q7. How does a Christian website approach monetization?
There are many examples of Christian sites that sustain themselves through devotionals, books, music, and faith-based products. Our emphasis at H.W.W.Y. is on community and encouragement first. Revenue simply supports platform growth and helps us offer more content to those walking through life’s joys and challenges.
Q8. What about music and Bible verses — are there copyright issues?
Our music has been carefully re-mastered and digitally produced to avoid copyright restrictions. Bible verses, including those from the King James Version, are not subject to copyright. We take great care to ensure all content is faithful and safe to share freely.
Q9. How are wallpaper images created?
All imagery (except the brand logo) has been generated through AI design tools. We are reviewing which images may be formally copyrighted, focusing on those showing strong reuse or sales volume.

A: Simply subscribe to our emails or follow us on social media. You’ll get updates, access to devotionals, and invitations to join conversations and events.

A: After purchase (or free access if noted), you’ll receive an email with a download link. Files are provided in standard formats (PDF, EPUB, MP3, PNG).
Q8. What’s your return or exchange policy?
A: For physical items, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Digital downloads are non-refundable but we’ll gladly help if you have access issues.
Q9. How much is shipping, and where do you ship?
A: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within the U.S. (international shipping is planned). Many of our items are print-on-demand, so production times vary by product.
