📖 Scripture & Reference Policy
How we select Bible translations, research devotionals/ebooks, and source music & creative assets at He Walks With You.
1) Bible Versions We Use
KJV for calendars, journals, apparel text, and most product copy. Public domain; no attribution required.
NIV, ESV, NLT, CSB may appear in devotionals, ebooks, or blog posts when helpful for clarity. We always include the publisher’s attribution line.
Example attribution (publisher language may vary):
Scripture taken from the HOLY BIBLE, NEW INTERNATIONAL VERSION®, NIV®.Scripture quotations are from the ESV® Bible (The Holy Bible, English Standard Version®).Scripture quotations taken from the Holy Bible, New Living Translation, NLT.Scripture quotations taken from the Christian Standard Bible®, CSB®.
2) Devotionals & Ebooks — Research & Writing
Our reflections are prayerfully written by the HWWY editorial team, edited for clarity and pastoral tone, and reviewed for theological soundness. We clearly label the translation used so readers can follow along in their preferred Bible.
Where a non-KJV translation is quoted, we include the correct attribution. Authorship may appear under a house byline (e.g., “Jaxon Jones” or successor HWWY editorial name).
3) Music & Creative Assets
Music is original, AI-assisted/original composition, or based on public-domain material. We do not use licensed recordings without permission.
Tracks and visuals are labeled royalty-free or copyright-safe where applicable. Some product visuals are AI-assisted representations; final goods may vary slightly.
4) Inclusivity
We serve believers across Christian traditions. Using KJV as our foundation alongside widely trusted modern translations allows accessibility without compromising reverence.
